How do I care for my rug?
A little love goes a long way. Keep your custom piece clean, dry and looking its best.
Keep it fresh
Vacuum gently using suction only. Avoid rotating brush heads and be gentle around the edges.
Spill? Blot it.
Blot straight away with a clean, dry cloth. For a small spot, use a lightly damp cloth and a little mild detergent. Test an inconspicuous area first, avoid scrubbing or soaking, and let it dry fully.
Handle with care
A little shedding can happen. Avoid pulling loose yarn. Keep your rug away from damp areas and prolonged direct sunlight.

How much does a custom rug cost?
Every rug starts with your idea. Use the quote calculator on the Request a Rug page for an estimate, then send through your request. I’ll review your design and confirm the final pricing with you before production begins.

These particular rugs aren’t made for bathrooms or use as bath mats. Keep yours in a dry spot, away from water and damp conditions. If you’re really wanting a rug for your bathroom, let’s have a chat about what you have in mind.
